Sarah in Egypt

Sarah Kaplan is a student journalist majoring in International Culture and Politics at Georgetown University. She is proficient in all aspects of reporting, editing and AP style and hopes to one day be able to say the same for her Arabic skills. Sarah has studied in Egypt and Israel and currently works as a production intern for NPR’s All Things Considered.

  • Assigned, managed and edited City News articles while managing and developing a staff of 30 news writers
  • Maintained relationships with news sources, including students, university administrators, spokespeople for local politicians, and the Metropolitan Police Department
